I loved my early morning session with Beccah! We went to downtown Boston and it was super fun. Beccah is an amazing woman of God. She has a pure, sensitive heart and one of the prettiest voices I have ever heard. I love these photos of Beccah- it was hard to narrow them down! And, as a fellow bow-lover, I think her pink bow is just precious! I hope you enjoy these photos of beautiful Beccah :)
I am really excited to announce my Senior Mini Sessions for this coming summer! These sessions are flexible: there’s no set date. Simply get together with at least 2 other seniors and choose a day that works for all of you. I will give you each a time slot on that day and you will get your own time for an individual senior session. Contact me with any questions and to book you mini session! I had so many great seniors this year! Ranging from some of my closest friends to wonderful people I hadn’t met before, I absolutely loved all my senior sessions. Here are some of my favorites from the year. And it’s not too late for Class of 2013 to book (or too early for Class of 2014!).

I had such a fun time shooting Megan’s senior photos. This girl is gorgeous, smart, and talented- not only is she a dedicated dancer, but she has a job, works hard in school, and is her senior class president! As many of you know, I have moved to Boston! I am so excited to be here and start up my business in a new, exciting place. I did my first session here yesterday and I absolutely loved it. You may remember seeing Michelle and Elizabeth on the blog from their family session. I did a mini photo session with these two gorgeous girls. I love senior sessions so much- it’s exciting to photograph people when they’re about to enter a whole new phase of life! Enjoy :)
I have been friends with Trevor since middle school and he is such a great guy, so I was excited to take his senior photos, even though he had already graduated ;) Before you see the photos, though, I have to tell you something- up until this past year, Trevor’s hair has always been long. I mean like curly-blonde-afro long. In classes (particularly the more boring ones) my classmates and I used to throw little erasers and pieces of paper into his hair (we’re not mean, I promise). This past year when he cut his hair, it took me a long time before I recognized him in the halls at school! Trevor always has hilarious, witty responses to everything, so this photo shoot was lots of fun. We started out in Downtown Columbia for some urban shots and then ended up in my favorite field to end the shoot. Enjoy some of my favorites!

I was so excited when Sarah asked me about doing her senior photos. I’ve really gotten to know her this year and she is so fun to be around! She has such a good heart and is an all-around great person. Plus we share a love of Avatar (the tv show). I had a great time during this photo session, even though it was thundering and lighting and raining for the last part of it :) I am so happy to be graduating with her in a couple of weeks and hope I can spend some time with her this summer before she heads off to BYU!

This past week I took Ben’s senior photos and we had lots of fun. Ben is a super nice guy and I’ve been lucky enough to get to know him this year in our Physics and English classes. He is always smiling, cares about others, and is excited about going off to BYU in the fall for college! Yesterday I spent the day in Nashville doing senior portrait mini sessions for Your Best Shot. It was a crazy, busy, but wonderful day! I will be posting small posts about some of the sessions I did, starting with Raven.
Raven was so much fun to take photos of! She has a bright, bubbly personality, and was fun to talk to. She wants to go to school to become a pharmacist because she loves helping people. I’m so glad I got to meet her!

Spencer and I have been friends for quite a long time. We didn’t know each other well in middle school, but I thought he was really funny (he was one of those really obnoxious-trouble-making-kids the teachers (and girls) couldn’t help but like). In high school, we became really good friends and our random conversations about anything and everything made bus rides much more interesting. Spencer is a genuinely good guy who has a compassionate heart. I am very lucky to have known him the past couple of years, and think of him like a brother. I was excited to do his senior pictures, and love how they all came out!

A couple of weeks ago, I took my friend Jesse’s senior photos. Jesse is a wonderful person who has such a bright, optimistic view on the world. Her constant smile makes my day so much better. She’s very strong in her beliefs and deeply cares for the people she’s close to. I was very happy I got to take her senior pictures! I love how they came out.

A couple weeks ago, Maria and I went to Downtown Franklin to take her senior pictures! It was fun walking around downtown and finding fun places to take photos. She’s gorgeous and looked great in her outfits. Enjoy a couple of my favorites!
Kaitlyn has been one of my best friends for a rather long time. We were in classes together in middle school but didn’t get close until high school (she did have the locker above me in 7th grade and was very nice and didn’t drop her books on me!) Anyways, she is an absolutely gorgeous girl who is incredibly nice and brilliant. She has a great sense of humor, is very sarcastic, and always has a witty remark ready to go! We had lots of fun doing these senior pictures (in two different locations!). Enjoy :) Oh and before you ask, no I did not edit her eyes. They’re just that incredible. I know, life’s unfair ;)
